This information is being provided as a courtesy. It is the responsibility of the consumer to validate the information prior to making purchases. Claims must be submitted by August 31, 2024. Offer valid in the US only. Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited. PO boxes will not be paid, except in North Dakota. Limit one (1) rebate per claim and serial number, duplicate submissions will be denied. Allow eight to twelve weeks after submitting for delivery of your rebate. Consumer may receive their rebate via check or Paypal, to receive via Paypal a valid email address is required. If a rebate check is preferred, the checks are valid for 180 days from date of issuance.
