Wade Bader, President of Carbon Research USA, gives GunBroker.com an introduction to their carbon fiber suppressors that are being shown for the first time, to the general public.
The CR9 combines the best of Kevlar, titanium and carbon fiber to create the perfect sound experience with every shot. The tubes’ pure carbon fiber which together routs, cools and absorbs the report of a cartridge to a greater than 40 decibel reduction in perceived noise. Designed for 9mm and can accommodate calibers from .22 to .300 AAC, the CR-9 is made for both sub- and supersonic ammunition and is full-auto rated.
Weighing in at 2.3 ounces, the CR22 is the featherweight champion of the suppressor world and made up of carbon fiber and titanium with an amazing sound mitigation of 40+ decibels. When shooting the CR-22 in a rifle, the only thing the shooter hears is the impact of the firing pin on the primer, until the “PING” of the .22 LR bullet hits the steel. It is full-auto rated and made to last.
The new 30 Caliber Can is made for bigger rounds, mostly for hunting. A large can weighing in at only 9.5 ounces, you are able to shoot 308, 150 grain at 127 decimals, which is really, really incredible.
